When will my order ship?

We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped within 48 hours.
All orders are shipped UPS ground from Florida.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

All orders over $100 always ship for FREE!
For orders under $100, the shipping rate is applied differing by location.

What if I need to return an item?

At Thirty Ninth Parallel we strive to make our customers as happy as possible. So, if you find yourself unhappy with your purchase we will make it our mission for you to have an easy return or exchange process.

What is the return policy?

Unwashed/ Unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a full refund or merchandise credit.
Accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase with full refund or merchandise credit.
